GTU Student Stories of Action and Resilience: Voices of Hope Walking Together

2020 Re/Generator Mark Guevarra shares his experience with Call To Action in a video for the Graduate Theological Union (GTU) in Berkeley, CA, where he is a PhD student. As part of a Re/Generation team based in the Bay Area, Mark co-created the Advent of Liberation Calendar. Mark calls his academic study of synodality a “calling forth of voices” and describes how the calendar similarly “draws ourselves out of ourselves by listening to the other,” rebuilding unity and communion in a time of pandemic.
