Conference Spotlight: Explore Memphis

We know Conference has a lot to offer, from workshops to receptions to liturgy. It’s easy to get caught up in the offerings but make sure to make time for our wonderful host city too!

A few years ago, CTA decided that if we are truly a national organization (and we are!) our Conference should travel to the diverse cities where Catholics live. This year we are excited to be bringing progressive Catholics to beautiful Memphis. The city has a lot to offer, and some members are even making a vacation out of their trip and staying to explore the city.If you're just there for the weekend, though, you can still take advantage!

On Friday, join a group of CTA members to visit the Civil Rights Museum. CTA anti-racism team member Betty will coordinate the trip, be sure to sign up if you'd like to join them.

On Saturday, a shuttle will be available to take Conference attendees to the famous Beale Street. Grab a few friends and head to the "most iconic street in the USA" to hear some music and eat some BBQ. See you in the Home of the Blues!
