Chicago young Catholics share communion

Justin had heard about small faith groups and eucharistic communities from his CTA friends for years, but after Jamie Manson's recent article spotlighted the Guerrilla Communion group in DC, he decided the moment was right to start something in his hometown. Justin talked to friends and sent out messages on Facebook and our CTA 20/30 listserv to spread the word that he'd be organizing a Guerrilla Communion in Chicago.

"They have a great thing going in D.C. I keep hearing about it. And I know Chicago has a bunch of church-justice-minded young adults who both want and need opportunities to connect," said Justin, who also writes for our Young Adult Catholic's Blog and has worked with CTA. The Chicago group hasn't yet announced their first gathering, but if you are a progressive young Catholic in Chicago, make sure to email us for more information!
